With a Masters Degree in Urban and Regional Planning and a Professional Planning license, Ken led planning and economic development efforts for a New Jersey county. Also, as a divisional vice president for a $6 billion corporation, he headed marketing, government relations and recycling plant projects. In addition, he served as executive director for a large tourism marketing organization.

Always putting the needs of his clients first, Ken is also an Ulster County Legislator, host of the "Hello New Paltz" show on TV23, a volunteer mediator for the New Paltz Justice Court, the publicity chair for the SUNY New Paltz Lifetime Learning Institute, a teacher of negotiation and a volunteer photographer for the Mohonk Preserve. Before arriving in Ulster County, he devoted almost three years of full-time volunteer effort helping people with mental illness.

A participant in the MIT-Harvard Program on Negotiation, Ken has a quiet, persistent style that consistently gets results for his clients.
